There’s room for everyone at the table. From growing a successful gelato business to crafting lattes and customer connections, I believe the secret ingredient is a human-centered experience.

 As a UX design and content strategist, I love curating spaces that inspire others to express their voice and actively engage in their digital community.

 My personal recipe for success has included:

• Creative Problem Solving: Adapting and finding a solution that functions best while incorporating a touch of design flair.
• Intentionality: Research and data inform the purpose of my decision-making. Having a considerate approach ensures the creation of meaningful, impactful, and responsible experiences
• Empathy and Advocacy: Always keeping the user experience; perspective, motivations, and challenges a priority. Advocating for their needs and goals first leads to experiences that are intuitive and accessible.
• Collaboration: Connecting with the unique perspectives and experiences of others deepens my understanding and strengthens my knowledge. I believe an openness to new ideas and methods can generate better solutions.
